Working from Home

The Covid shutdown began in early March, just when I could start working on the yard and garden. The garden kept me busy and occupied for those months, but my shutter finger was getting restless. So, I gave myself an assignment. I have several vases which belonged to my mother, grandmothers and mother-in-law, and I composed still lifes with flowers from the garden to suit each one. I think my mother-in-law, who grew up on a farm, would have liked the cucumber vine in her Red Wing pottery vase.
