Kungliga Slottet. All of my grandparents were born in Sweden, giving me a penchant for almost anything Swedish. They lived most on small farms in the South, and a trip to Stockholm would have been a rarity. I doubt they ever visited the Kungliga Slottet, or Swedish Royal Palace in the center of Stockholm. The place was built in the first half of the 18th C. and is the largest royal castle still used for its original purpose. I used a small film camera to create these images on a tour of the palace and worked on the photogravures at home.
